We usually run about 2-3 weeks out from the date of approval, weather depending. A member of our team will reach out to within 1-2 weeks, we will take a look at the weather and the information you submit from the form below to discuss the best possible dates for completion.
The earliest we arrive to a project is 8:30AM and the latest is 2:30PM. All afternoon scheduled project times are not guaranteed, we do our best to accommodate your schedules but they are dependent upon the completion times of the projects scheduled earlier that day.
Our equipment is not very big so we can easily work around most things. If you are having work done to your driveway or garage, we ask that all vehicles be removed prior to our arrival. If the patio or porch is being repaired, please remove any patio furniture, grills, planters, etc. before we arrive. Please keep in mind, drilling and saw cutting can cause dust. If there are items nearby that you may not want dust on, please cover them or remove them before your project begins.
We use pressure washers for the best possible cleanup. If you do not have available water, please let us know. We can still complete your project and we will still do our best during the cleanup process 😊
Having access to power can make the project move faster. If there is no access to power, no worries, each of our crews comes prepared with a generator.
Unless otherwise specified, all payments are due in full at the time of project completion. For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment including cash, check, money order, debit/credit cards (+3%), ACH transfer, Zelle, Venmo and financing (+3%)
By submitting this form, you are agreeing that you are the named authorized individual with the necessary permissions to authorize Detroit Concrete Leveling LLC to perform the work as it has been outlined in your estimate. The estimate scope, pricing, specifications, terms and conditions are accepted.
